凯特H. (Katie) 塔尔 is a Shareholder in the 医疗保健 Valuation division of LBMC, PC in 纳什维尔. Her practice performs valuation and litigation support services for private and publicly held companies. Katie has more than 10 years of experience in both the corporate and consulting aspects of healthcare. She has extensive financial projection, benchmarking, budgeting, and business development experience. Katie also has experience managing physician contracting for employment, 医疗顾问服务, call-coverage服务, and Graduate Medical 教育 services, as well as developing commercially reasonable physician compensation models and policies. Katie specializes in Compensation Valuation (CV) services, determining Fair Market Value of physician compensation arrangements. Katie also has experience in the valuation of physician practices and various other types of health care service arrangements, as well as other services including due diligence and clinician compensation consulting.

Katie is the Chair of the Nurses for Newborns 咨询 Board. She serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership 医疗保健 and is the Vice President of the East region. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee chapter of the 医疗保健 Financial Management Association.She was named one of 纳什维尔 Medical News 2018 “Women to Watch” and the 2019 recipient of The Miller Award issued by Nurses for Newborns of Tennessee.
