Jeff Drummonds, CPA

Jeff Drummonds, CPA, is Managing Partner and CEO of LBMC, PC. In this role, Jeff is responsible for working with the leaders of the audit, tax and advisory practices and chairs the firm’s management committee. Prior to his election to the managing partner position in 2015, Jeff served as Partner-in-charge of the tax division of LBMC, PC.

Before joining LBMC in 2001, Jeff was a tax partner with a national accounting firm and, in one of the best business decisions in his career, moved to Nashville in 1997.

Over the course of his thirty-year career as a CPA, Jeff has coordinated tax services to more than twenty public companies. He has been involved with numerous stock offerings and private equity transactions across several industries including healthcare, manufacturing and technology.  He also has significant experience in advising companies on structuring transactions, merger integration and tax outsourcing engagements.
