“Our employees keep us on the road, and that makes them our greatest asset,” said Prevost. “We made a great business decision when we decided to hire LBMC EP to help us take care of those who take care of our customers.”

For employees of more than one year, the voluntary turnover rate is just under 10%. That’s less than half of the industry average, and Prevost attributes this to an employee-focused environment and culture, one that has been created and maintained by his staff and the LBMC EP team.
